玄米茶豆腐慕絲蛋糕中間是以自家製的日本丸久小山園玄米茶慕絲配上玄米茶海綿蛋糕，整體微甜不膩、口感輕盈幼滑，內餡部份的玄米茶慕絲和海綿蛋糕充滿著厚厚濃郁的玄米茶香氣。覆蓋著外層的豆腐慕絲口感順滑柔軟、帶有淡淡的豆腐清新香味，像吃著一口真正的豆腐，整體口感更輕盈不過份甜膩。

蛋糕保存 STORAGE

取蛋糕後如需存放或取貨當日未食用完畢，請保存蛋糕在攝氏0-4度雪櫃內。蛋糕於取貨後請盡快放於雪櫃保存，如有需要請自備冰包及保溫袋或向我們訂購，切勿在室溫下存放超過 1 小時。
We recommend to keep the cakes or unfinished cakes at 0-4°C refrigerator until it is ready to serve. If needed, please prepare yourself a cooler bag and ice pack or purchase them from us. The cakes should not be stay out at room temperature for longer than one hour.

All petit cake orders are assumed to be picked up at Mongkok store by default. If customers wish to pick up at other store, customers can order directly at that store.
