介紹 DESCRIPTION

以冬日北歐白色聖誕為靈感，在純白色的豆腐忌廉擠花上，展現出飄雪夜空的高級感浪漫色調「亮白色」BLANC，純白亮麗的外觀就如冬日中被茫茫白雪覆蓋的聖誕樹，在夜幕黑色的派對中閃爍迷人的光芒。

以日本蜜柑、豆腐、玄米茶與黑白芝麻結合聯想，設計出口感溫潤的純白聖誕樹蛋糕 - BLANC

外層環繞整個蛋糕的純豆腐忌廉味道輕盈不膩，配搭茶味不澀，清新順口的玄米茶海綿蛋糕，兩者風味相輔相成，適量地減低整件蛋糕的飽膩感，搭配中層以日本蜜柑製成的內餡及牛奶麻糬，提升口感之餘，亦於清新幽香的豆腐與玄米茶香中融合菓物的鮮甜。底部由兩款經焙煎過的黑白芝麻製成的脆餅和牛油蛋糕，同時飽含芝麻香氣，口感上彼此協調和變化，多層變化的味蕾享受不禁讓人感到著迷。

蛋糕保存 STORAGE

取蛋糕後如需存放或取貨當日未食用完畢，請保存蛋糕在攝氏0-4度雪櫃內。蛋糕於取貨後請盡快放於雪櫃保存，如有需要請自備冰包及保溫袋或向我們訂購，切勿在室溫下存放超過 1 小時。
We recommend to keep the cakes or unfinished cakes at 0-4°C refrigerator until it is ready to serve. If needed, please prepare yourself a cooler bag and ice pack or purchase them from us. The cakes should not be stay out at room temperature for longer than one hour.
