以純粹開心果元素為主軸，追求單一風味的極致演繹，為醇厚開心果愛好者所設計的主題蛋糕。

從頂層濃厚的開心果醬為序，香氣延伸下，特意挑選製作釋出濃郁杏仁香氣的開心果”杏仁”海綿蛋糕為主蛋糕體搭配，開心果與杏仁間的風味彼此交織，隨即被包覆在輕盈軟滑的開心果吉士忌廉裡，讓由濃郁到輕盈的快速轉換，也更凸顯出開心果平常偷藏的獨特香氣面貌。混入了脆粒的開心果甘納許部份則帶出像堅果類調性的輪廓，豐富構築出開心果主體的不同層次點綴，揉入當中令整體風味更濃郁明確，令每一層都是豐富的開心果味蕾感受。

純白華麗的鮮奶油外衣下，層層堆疊的純白豆腐忌廉卻是清新輕盈的純粹滋味，為濃郁的開心果風味注入一抹平衡緩衝，彼此調和下令整體口感更顯細緻不過份膩口。從第一口的綿密到尾韻的收尾，不同型態的開心果元素在口中漸次綻放、穿梭其間。我們將想像中的開心果內餡變化都濃縮進這一個小小蛋糕裡，交織出一場專屬此刻的開心果盛宴。

蛋糕保存 STORAGE

取蛋糕後如需存放或取貨當日未食用完畢，請保存蛋糕在攝氏0-4度雪櫃內。蛋糕於取貨後請盡快放於雪櫃保存，如有需要請自備冰包及保溫袋或向我們訂購，切勿在室溫下存放超過 1 小時。
We recommend to keep the cakes or unfinished cakes at 0-4°C refrigerator until it is ready to serve. If needed, please prepare yourself a cooler bag and ice pack or purchase them from us. The cakes should not be stay out at room temperature for longer than one hour.

We offer in store self pick-up within our shop opening hours. You may select your desired shop, collection date and preferred time slot during checkout.

送貨服務 DELIVERY SERVICE

所有送貨訂單均預設*地面樓層交收，不設送往任何指定樓層，客人需自行到地面樓層(大廈樓下，屋苑正門外)與我們送貨人員交接蛋糕。
All delivery orders are settled on *Ground Floor by default and we do not provide any door-to-door delivery service. Customers will need to collect the cake from our delivery staff on ground floor (downstairs the building or apartment main entrance).

所有送貨訂單*請必需提供聯絡電話號碼供送貨人員聯絡客戶使用，如未有提供聯絡電話號碼之訂單，我們會直接取消閣下的訂單，而不作另行通知。
Customers *must provide their telephone number for order delivery purpose. For any delivery order without telephone number, we will cancel the order without further notice.

本地送貨費用已包括保溫袋和冰種，如閣下選擇本地送貨請不要在訂單中同時加購保溫袋和冰種。
The local delivery fee has covered the cooler bag and ice pack, please do not include this in your order if you choose "local delivery option".
