介紹 DESCRIPTION

新款果撻選用初夏季節較稀有，來自日本宫崎縣的時令特產柑橘 - 日向夏，擁有漂亮的亮黃色外皮、猶如柚子般的清新香氣、入口帶天然清爽的酸甜果香，與輕盈甜美的純生鮮奶油融和交疊，是一款只出現於初夏時分、外型優雅的水果撻甜點。

每口都能品賞到滿滿的日向夏果肉和恰好份量的蜂蜜檸檬慕斯。表層的日向夏果肉水份飽滿多汁，果肉細膩，有趣的是日向夏的果肉偏酸，跟味道淡淡而稍帶甜味的白衣一起吃，才能調中和出口感較清甜的最佳味道。製作時亦因其果肉極其細嫩，我們每片均需小心翼翼地放置在撻面上，避免因過份擠壓使其失去應有的水份。

為了令主題的日向夏味道更立體，我們亦在撻中加入檸檬撻常見，酸甜感明亮的檸檬酪醬，搭配日向夏果肉，層層酸甜交織的豐富口感，輕輕喚醒初夏半睡的味蕾。一口吃進時微微的柑橘酸點綴蛋糕整體的清爽感，中層的蜂蜜檸檬慕絲也在不同甜酸度中反覆測試，令其不會過份掩蓋日向夏的存在，最後在頂層佈置上呼應著初夏主題的小雛菊食用花作收尾。

蛋糕保存 STORAGE

領取蛋糕後如需存放或取貨當日未食用完畢，請保存蛋糕在攝氏0-4度雪櫃內。
We recommend to keep the cakes or unfinished cakes at 0-4°C refrigerator until it is ready to serve. 

領取後的蛋糕請盡快放回於雪櫃內保存，如有需要請自備冰包及保溫袋或可以向我們額外購買。我們一般建議領取蛋糕後需於30-45分鐘內放回雪櫃內，蛋糕切勿在室溫下存放超過45分鐘。
If needed, please prepare yourself a cooler bag and ice pack or purchase them from us. We generally recommend store the cake back to the refrigerator within 30 to 45 minutes after pickup. The cakes should not be stay out at room temperature for longer than 45minutes.

送貨服務 DELIVERY SERVICE

所有送貨訂單均預設*地面樓層交收，不設送往任何指定樓層，客人需自行到地面樓層(大廈樓下，屋苑正門外)與我們送貨人員交接蛋糕。
All delivery orders are settled on*Ground Floorby default and we do not provide any door-to-door delivery service. Customers will need to collect the cake from our delivery staff on ground floor (downstairs the building or apartment main entrance).

所有送貨訂單*請必需提供聯絡電話號碼供送貨人員聯絡客戶使用，如未有提供聯絡電話號碼之訂單，我們會直接取消閣下的訂單，而不作另行通知。
Customers*must provide their telephone numberfor order delivery purpose. For any delivery order without telephone number, we will cancel the order without further notice.

原個蛋糕訂單的本地送貨費用已包括保溫袋和冰種，如閣下選擇本地送貨請不要在訂單中同時加購保溫袋和冰種。(Petit Cake的送貨訂單則不會包括保溫袋和冰種)
The local delivery fee for whole cake order has covered the cooler bag and ice pack, please do not include this in your order if you choose "local delivery option". (Petit cake delivery order will not include any cooler bag and ice pack)
