我們的經典黑森林櫻桃蛋糕選用濃郁醇厚、口感順滑帶花香的Valrhona Ecuador 66% 朱古力、糖漬櫻桃和威士忌雲呢拿忌廉為主角。頂層鋪滿的糖漬櫻桃和威士忌雲呢拿忌廉風味互相平衡，配襯著蛋糕外圍噴金裝飾的單品朱古力片點綴，在口腔中處處瀰漫出著醉人的味道。

內層中混入英國威士忌製作的雲呢拿忌廉和Valrhona Ecuador 66%朱古力威士忌慕絲，兩者散發淡淡微醺酒香和深邃甜蜜的朱古力香氣。細膩絲滑的朱古力威士忌慕絲中亦融入糖漬黑櫻桃軟心，與濕潤醇香的朱古力海綿蛋糕三者互相配合下，整體口感濃厚沉穩，猶如品嘗甜蜜的冧酒朱古力一般。

蛋糕保存 STORAGE

取蛋糕後如需存放或取貨當日未食用完畢，請保存蛋糕在攝氏0-4度雪櫃內。蛋糕於取貨後請盡快放於雪櫃保存，如有需要請自備冰包及保溫袋或向我們訂購，切勿在室溫下存放超過 1 小時。
We recommend to keep the cakes or unfinished cakes at 0-4°C refrigerator until it is ready to serve. If needed, please prepare yourself a cooler bag and ice pack or purchase them from us. The cakes should not be stay out at room temperature for longer than one hour.
