領取蛋糕後如需存放或取貨當日未食用完畢，請保存蛋糕在攝氏0-4度雪櫃內。
We recommend to keep the cakes or unfinished cakes at 0-4°C refrigerator until it is ready to serve.

領取後的蛋糕請盡快放回於雪櫃內保存，如有需要請自備冰包及保溫袋或可以向我們額外購買。我們一般建議領取蛋糕後需於30-45分鐘內放回雪櫃內，蛋糕切勿在室溫下存放超過45分鐘。
If needed, please prepare yourself a cooler bag and ice pack or purchase them from us. We generally recommend store the cake back to the refrigerator within 30 to 45 minutes after pickup. The cakes should not be stay out at room temperature for longer than 45minutes.

顧客可選擇在我們店鋪營業時間內自行領取蛋糕，您可以在結算訂單時選擇分店、日期和時段。
We offer in store self pick-up within our shop opening hours. You may select your desired shop, collection date and preferred time slot during checkout.

所有送貨訂單均預設*地面樓層交收，不設送往任何指定樓層，客人需自行到地面樓層(大廈樓下，屋苑正門外)與我們送貨人員交接蛋糕。
All delivery orders are settled on *Ground Floor by default and we do not provide any door-to-door delivery service. Customers will need to collect the cake from our delivery staff on ground floor (downstairs the building or apartment main entrance).

所有送貨訂單*請必需提供聯絡電話號碼供送貨人員聯絡客戶使用，如未有提供聯絡電話號碼之訂單，我們會直接取消閣下的訂單，而不作另行通知。
Customers *must provide their telephone number for order delivery purpose. For any delivery order without telephone number, we will cancel the order without further notice.

本地送貨費用已包括保溫袋和冰種，如閣下選擇本地送貨請不要在訂單中同時加購保溫袋和冰種。
The local delivery fee has covered the cooler bag and ice pack, please do not include this in your order if you choose "local delivery option".
