介紹 DESCRIPTION

原味卷蛋頂層和夾心的海鹽焦糖醬帶特出的焦糖風味和意大利海鹽獨有的咸香味。

採用日本雞蛋製作的原味卷蛋蛋味香濃、口感綿密蓬鬆,選用原味是希望特顯出海鹽焦糖醬和焦糖脆塊,亦不希望過多的味道造成太混亂的口感。

最後在卷蛋頂部灑滿香甜爽脆的焦糖脆塊,與濕潤蓬鬆的原味卷蛋口感層次形成強烈對比,亦增加了整個卷蛋的口感。

蛋糕保存 STORAGE

取蛋糕後如需存放或取貨當日未食用完畢,請保存蛋糕在攝氏0-4度雪櫃內。蛋糕於取貨後請盡快放於雪櫃保存,如有需要請自備冰包及保溫袋或向我們訂購,切勿在室溫下存放超過 1 小時。
We recommend to keep the cakes or unfinished cakes at 0-4°C refrigerator until it is ready to serve. If needed, please prepare yourself a cooler bag and ice pack or purchase them from us. The cakes should not be stay out at room temperature for longer than one hour.

* 焦糖脆脆需存放於室溫密實保存以保持爽脆度。
* Please always keep the honeycomb into an airtight container for better crunchiness
